ST. MODWEN LOGISTICS WELCOMES TWO NEW OCCUPIERS TO ALBION GATEWAY
On behalf of St. Modwen Logistics, Rushton Hickman has agreed terms with signage and printing specialists, Xpress Print Solutions, and nursery retailer, Bambinos and Beyond, to occupy a shared unit at one of its landmark schemes, Albion Gateway, in Burton-on-Trent.
The two family-run businesses will occupy one of the three remaining units at the 10-acre logistics scheme, scaling 5,786 sq ft.
The two remaining units of 2,884 sq ft and 4,308 sq ft are immediately available and offer local businesses a chance to expand at one of the area’s most recognised commercial developments.
Albion Gateway is centrally located less than one mile from the A38 and just two miles from Burton-on-Trent town centre, providing key transport links to arterial roads such as the A50 and A511, along with access to a large labour pool.
To date, St. Modwen Logistics has delivered a total warehouse floor space of more than 130,000 sq ft at the scheme, which Rushton Hickman have been the sole agents on since the development commenced. The site now accommodates major local occupiers including, Greggs, DHL, Pirelli and Door and Joinery Solutions.
