It is with great pleasure and pride that we can announce that despite being nominated in an extremely tough category Rushton Hickman have recently won the Deal of the Year for 2023 at the highly coveted East Midlands Business Link Brick Awards.

The award was given for the letting of Unit 4 Quintus at Branston Locks, Burton to Werner UK Sales & Distribution Limited.  The property was a brand new design and build logistics warehouse and offices extending to 171,550sq ft.

“The letting produced huge job creation for the town as Werner more than doubled the amount of space they had in their previous unit.  The building then acted as a catalyst for the rest of the Quintus development with three other units having since been speculatively built and let by ourselves and our joint agents with further space available on the development for D&B opportunities.”
