Rushton Hickman have an exciting opportunity to join their expanding and award winning team.
The role will include assisting the agency team with viewings of a wide variety of commercial property as well as negotiation, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and preparing heads of terms. In addition, the candidate will offer support to the management department including undertaking viewings and dealing with regulatory matters.
The work involves a need for accuracy, IT proficiency, the ability to work to systems.
We are a small expanding team so require someone who is able to work with others whilst also understanding they will have to work on their own initiative.
Normal office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but consideration will be given to part-time hours for the right candidate. We offer a great working environment and salary commensurate with experience along with onsite car parking.
Whilst experience isn’t essential, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in the property industry.
