Commercial Property Agents Rushton Hickman Ltd and their joint agent Gareth Holland & Co. have successfully sold a unique residential development opportunity at Austrey Lane, No Mans Heath, just north of Tamworth.
The property consisted of a brick built historic 19th century barn in a good-sized plot, all set in a semi-rural location.
Planning consent for change of use of the barn was granted in June 2022 for a three-bedroom dwelling. Following this the scheme was brought to market by way of informal tender.
