CoStar Group, Inc. are the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces and they recently announced their Quarterly Deals winners for the first quarter of 2023. 

The CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage. Rushton Hickman came out as winners for the ‘Top Industrial Leasing Deal’ for the West Midlands category which incorporates the Staffordshire region.   The deal that won the award was the letting of Unit 5 Quintus which was a brand new, speculatively built industrial/warehouse unit of 100,596sq ft.
