Born in Burton-on-Trent, Steph started her career graduating from Lincoln University studying Sports Development & Coaching Bsc Hons. Following the decline in vocations in the sporting industry at that time, she decided to turn in a different direction to the property industry.

Steph is one of the first points of contact with Rushton Hickman and will always be happy to help you in a polite, friendly and efficient manner.
She takes pride in and enjoys establishing strong, professional relationships with our clients and will go out of her way to provide the best customer service experience.
Other interests
Steph has a young daughter, so when she’s not playing schools or hide and seek, she enjoys anything fitness related, getting out on a Saturday morning for park run or going out in the Derbyshire countryside for long walks. Steph loves anything to do with cooking and baking.
