Run by a brother and sister duo, this new town centre spot offers a variety of traditional American slow smoked meats, such as pulled pork and beef brisket, all seasoned with their own special rubs. They also serve toasted sandwiches, homemade macaroni cheese and nachos with signature homemade sauces. In the mornings, they have a breakfast special of Belgian style waffles with added sides, as well as freshly baked goods like cake pops, New York style cookies and brownies.
