How time flies! One year ago, Rushton Hickman, leading commercial property consultants and estate agents with over 30 years of experience, relocated from a Grade II Listed building in Burton upon Trent town centre to a modern, high-specification office at Faraday Court, Centrum 100.

After three decades of serving their clients from a central location on Horninglow Road, the company felt the time was right to embrace and embark on a new chapter in their growth journey. The move signified a commitment to evolving, alongside the dynamic needs of clients and the commercial real estate market.

The decision to relocate was driven by a desire to create a more collaborative, innovative and inviting work environment.
