Richard has over 27 years’ experience working within the property industry having completed his degree in Property Valuation & Finance at City University, London. Initially working for a private investment and development company in Derby, Richard has spent the majority of his career working within the Burton upon Trent property market, initially joining Rushton Hickman in 1996 and being appointed a director in 2004.
