Burton based commercial property agents Rushton Hickman Ltd has completed the letting of a 3,000 sq. ft self-contained modern office building located on the Granary Wharf Development off Wetmore Rd, Burton upon Trent. The property was formerly occupied by Corporate Travel Plus, which has suffered considerably with a downturn in business caused by the on-going travel restrictions.

Blue Crystal Solutions Ltd, located at Lancaster Industrial Park near Tatenhill airfield, had outgrown their present office space and needed to relocate to larger premises.

Predominantly providing IT services and their own software solutions to the transport and commercial vehicle industry, their business has continued to expand despite the recent pandemic.
