Laura has worked in accounting for 20 years, she started her career at a surveying practice and has recently had experience working in an accountancy practice.
Laura works at Rushton Hickman alongside her role as Finance Manager at Boxall Brown & Jones and BB&J Commercial in Derby.
What Laura does
In addition to producing accounts for Rushton Hickman Limited, Laura oversees the rental income receipts and payments and manages the financial side of the service charge schemes which Rushton Hickman Ltd control. This includes recording, monitoring and reconciling the transactions for all our service charge schemes, and submitting VAT returns and checking over a lot of bank reconciliations.Other interests
Laura is a mum of two so doesn’t really get much spare time! Although she loves holidays, eating out and the occasional glass of prosecco! As well as time with friends and family.
