Through their agent Taylor Millington, Rushton Hickman has successfully secured a deal for the sale of 2.32 acres of roadside land located on the A38, situated across from Greycar Business Park and Indurent Business Park.

The strategic position of the land is situated in a highly visible and accessible location just off the north bound side of the A38  and provided the buyer with 2,852 sq. ft of light industrial space with 1.88 acres of additional land for redevelopment, subject to planning.

Once the deal was agreed with our client, we set a 6-week timeframe to complete, which all parties adhered to.”
