Jade Martin
Associate Director
Background
Jade began her career at an accountancy firm, where she secured an administration apprenticeship. She successfully completed levels 2, 3, and 4 in Business Administration and subsequently earned a HND and HNC in Business.
Currently, Jade is studying with the University College of Estate Management and working towards Chartered Surveyor status with Rushton Hickman.
What Jade does
Working as a property management surveyor, Jade is responsible for managing a variety of properties for our retained clients. Her responsibilities involve rent
collection, coordinating repairs, budgeting for service charges and dealing
with lease queries from landlords and tenants.
Furthermore, as Associate Director, Jade works closely with the Directors to implement business modifications and supervises a small team of colleagues.
Other interests
Jade
spends her free time with friends and family, as well as indulging in her
passion for exploring new destinations and shopping online. Additionally, she
maintains her well-being by regularly visiting the gym and going for runs.
