Background
Born in Derby, Graham started his career in commercial property in 1999 at Derby City Council whilst studying and graduating from De Montfort University. Graham then moved to become an Associate Director at a local commercial property firm before joining BB&J Commercial in 2013 where he became and remains a Partner in addition to being a Director at Rushton Hickman.
What Graham does
Graham’s vast experience, knowledge and contacts allow him to provide a comprehensive agency service across all types of commercial properties, whether to individual clients or large PLC property organisations and in turn this led to him previously being recognised as the Most Active Agent in Derbyshire for deals completed by the Estates Gazette. In addition, Graham also undertakes commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security, pension funds and company accounts to name a few.
Other interests
Outside of work Graham has a young daughter who keeps him busy and entertained and he is an avid football fan and has been a Derby County season ticket holder for many years. He also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
