Leading commercial property agent, Rushton Hickman, is celebrating a remarkable milestone this month as Director, Richard Fairey, marked 30 years of dedicated service and loyalty to the company.
Since joining the company in 1996, Richard has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business. For three decades, he has contributed to the development, management, and leasing of an immense amount of square feet of commercial space, helping position Rushton Hickman as a trusted leader in the commercial sector across Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas.
Graham Bancroft, Managing Director, commented, “30 years of service is unheard of these days, and such an achievement should be celebrated. As a business, we are so lucky to have Richard’s knowledge, skills and experience which has been vital over the years but more than that, we’re all just proud to work alongside such a fantastic person”.
Starting in the company as a Management Surveyor, Richard quickly earned a reputation for strong client relationships and strategic insight. Over the years, he advanced to become a director and headed up the property management side of the business and helped guide the company through periods of expansion, market shifts, technological change in the commercial property industry and a company takeover. And let’s not forget a global pandemic as well!
