Rushton Hickman have been celebrating recently after its very own Jade Martin was named as Non-Executive Leader of the Year at the East Midlands Leadership Awards.

Jade, who was also nominated in the Professional Services Leader category, beat off stiff competition to be crowned the winner of the Non-Executive Leader category.

Graham Bancroft, Director at Rushton Hickman said “Myself and the rest of the team at Rushton Hickman are absolutely delighted for Jade to have won this award and get the recognition that she rightly deserves.  Whilst she remains modest about things, Jade leads by example day in day out and sets a positive example to her colleagues, she is a pleasure to work alongside.”

The awards ceremony took place at the Crowne Plaza in Nottingham in front of over 200 business leaders and was a fantastic event.

Jade Martin said “I was honoured and humbled to be nominated for two awards, however I was truly overwhelmed and proud to win Non-Executive Leader of the Year amongst such esteemed company.  I also feel very lucky to be surrounded by such a fantastic and supportive team.
