Rushton Hickman have promoted Jade Martin to Associate Director.

Having initially joined the company in August 2020 in an administrative role supporting the surveyors, Jade quickly progressed to undertaking a role within the property management section.  Jade also began undertaking a Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship through the University College of Estate Management which she is achieving fantastic results in.

The step up to Associate Director comes on the back of a very successful few years for Jade which includes winning the Non-Executive Leader of the Year award at the East Midlands Leadership Awards in 2023.
