Rushton Hickman have managed to piece together another off-market letting, showcasing their superior knowledge of the local market.

The property in question consists of 3,695 sq. ft of office and industrial space, with 0.42 acres of hardstanding, and is strategically located on Burton Road.  The property sits just off the A38, one of the region’s main arterial roads, so provides great connectivity to both local and passing trade.

The property was originally the home to Burton Caravan Centre, but since securing their move to Moor Street, Burton, this site became surplus to requirements.  Consequently, after informing Taylor of this, he was hot on the case to put together a deal as he was sure that he knew a few parties that would be interested in it.  The Director of Burton Caravan Centre was very pleased with the ideas and plan that Taylor put together, and it was decided that he would proceed with trying to find a new off-market tenant.
