CoStar Group, Inc. are the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces and they recently announced their Quarterly Deals winners for the second quarter of 2022.  The CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.  Rushton Hickman came out as winners for the ‘Top Retail Leasing Deal’ in the East Staffordshire region and third overall in the whole of the West Midlands for the same award.
