We are currently looking for a ππππ-ππππ Accounts Administrator at our office in Burton upon Trentπ
ποΈ The position will be for 15 to 20 hours a week with the working hours being ππππππππ for the suitable candidate β°
The work involves a need for accuracy, IT proficiency, the ability to work to systems and to liaise effectively and professionally with clients and tenants, both on the telephone and via email.
We are a small expanding team so require someone who can work with others whilst also understanding they will have to work on their own initiative.
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to undertake a variety of duties to support the Finance Manager in effectively and efficiently managing the company’s accounting functions, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanour. Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Deal with all aspects of banking
- Raise and distribute all invoices
- Raise statements to clients and deal with associated payments
- Input and pay supplier invoices
- Reconcile all bank accounts and credit cards
- Input and pay purchase invoices
- Manage sales invoices
- Input all receipts and payments
- Chase debtors
- General administrative duties
Experience with Xero software preferred but not required.
